Do I need a paid AI subscription? +
Templates work with free tiers of Claude and Gemini. A paid plan unlocks Notion MCP, which lets your AI read and write directly to your workspace. Recommended but not required.
Can I customize the templates? +
That's the point. Rename databases, add properties, combine templates, delete what you don't need. The Project Instructions adapt as you evolve your system.
What's inside each template? +

How do AI roles work? +
Each paid template includes a named AI role (e.g. Fractional Personal CFO). You paste the Project Instructions into your AI assistant, and it becomes that role · managing your databases, flagging issues, and presenting situations as decisions.
Which AI assistants are compatible? +
Any AI that supports MCP (Model Context Protocol) works natively. Claude has the best support today. Gemini and Copilot also support MCP. The Project Instructions also work as a simple copy-paste into any AI chat.
